The Hotel Santa Rita Midland is a collaborative effort by leading Midland-based companies, foundations and investors.

The proposed project is a 135-room, full service hotel that includes an 8,000 square foot meeting space, retail and restaurant locations plus a public parking garage.

We talk about the benefits to our community, how The Hotel Santa Rita will be funded, who will utilize the facilities and why this can be the anchor of Downtown Midland.
